• Manufacturer search and verification in China
• Production inspections and quality control
• Logistics and shipping coordination
• Sample ordering and delivery
• Full turnkey supply chain management

Service Terms and Conditions

All services are provided subject to the following conditions:

• Services are quoted and billed according to our published price list
• Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Travel expenses for on-site inspections are billed separately
• Technical translation services are billed separately when required
• All reports and findings are provided in good faith based on available information

Limitation of Liability

PANDA CONSULTS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other matters related to the site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, supplier details, and business transactions. All information shared with us is treated as confidential and proprietary.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
